If you're outside the United Kingdom, I need more information from you
As part of the requirement for international shipping, I need a telephone number from you so that any hold-ups with customs and duty can be remedied. There is no way around this (I've asked if I can use my own number... it was a no) and it never occurred to me that one needed a telephone in order to receive a package, but here we are.
You should have received an email from the store asking for this information. You can either update your order yourself with the information, or reply to the email and I'll resolve it for you.
Very sorry for the inconvenience. On the plus side, as soon as I have your information your order will be shipped within a (working) day.
Again - I cannot ship international orders without a contact telephone number.
